help required for timing simultion

Any one know how to do timing simulation in Mode Sim after doing full compilation in Quartus II software.It has generated .sdo and .vo files,i have written test bench but when i am trying to load it gives "cannot instantiate Cycloneii" in the prompt.I am using altera fpga
